Electrocutioner (Lester Buchinsky) was a brawler who frequented fighting pits. Although he appeared to be little more than a brute, he owned a pair of Shock Gloves, which were custom-made to deliver devastating electrical discharges in combat. However, Batman was not convinced that Electrocutioner designed them all by himself, and may have even had them made by someone else.
